2.1 To initiate a software development project with Creadea Solutions, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total project cost is required.
2.2 The deposit ensures our commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions tailored to your specific requirements.
3.1 The remaining balance of the project cost is due upon successful completion and delivery of the software.
3.2 All payments shall be made in the currency specified by Creadea Solutions and according to the payment terms agreed upon by both parties.
4.1 Creadea Solutions will provide you with access to a testing server for you to review the progress and functionality of the software development project.
4.2 We encourage you to provide feedback during this stage to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
5.1 Minor change requests to the software product are accepted for a period of one month after project completion.
5.2 Creadea Solutions will make reasonable efforts to address these requests promptly and without additional charges during this period.
6.1 Any change requests or enhancements made after the one-month period will incur relevant charges.
6.2 Creadea Solutions will provide you with a clear breakdown of the associated costs before implementing any changes.
7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the software developed by Creadea Solutions shall remain with the Company, unless explicitly transferred to you through a separate agreement
7.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8.1 Creadea Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website, products, or services.
8.2 We shall not be responsible for any third-party claims or losses resulting from your use of our services.
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. 9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka
